2. How do I pay for parking?
Each lot will have a sign that you can either scan QR code or visit URL posted. At that time, you will be asked to fill out a form along with credit card payment. Once completed, you will receive notification and you are good to go.
3. What happens if I run over the allotted time for a lot?
U-Parkit will send you a notification that your time is set to expire. At that time, you can elect to add time. We will bill the credit card you paid with. Easy as that.
4. What happens if my car gets stowed?
U-Parkit will send you a notification that your time is set to expire. At that time, you can elect to add time. We will bill the credit card you paid with. Easy as that.
5. What happens if my car gets damaged at the lot?
You would need to contact the lot(s) owner and/or file a police report.
6. Can I call U-Parkit for support?
Yes, we are available to assist in anyway we can. While we dot control all the elements, we can assist with billing and contact information for lot(s).
